I would like to return the product.
We offer a 1 year Satisfaction Guarantee on your orders placed with us. If you are not totally satisfied within 1 year of using the product, you may request a full refund. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. The refund will be based on the actual price paid for the returned product.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages:
Refused or undelivered orders will be refunded according to this policy, less all shipping and handling . The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable postal address when placing the order. You have 365 Days from when your product was shipped to request a Return Merchandise Authorization for a refund. We do not issue RMA numbers past this 1 year period.
To begin your return, please complete these steps:
- Send an email to info@pranapets.com with your completed RMA form (DOWNLOAD HERE) Your RMA number is your order number.
- In order for your return to be accepted, you must ship back all the return items along with the RMA form.
- To make this process as easy as possible, we request that once you send a package to us that you get the tracking information and email it to info@pranapets.com. This is so we can verify if a package has been received and issue the refund promptly. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by our processing center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card / prepaid credit card will go back to the same card. If the card no longer exists you have to inform Pranapets® before the refund is processed and we will issue a company check.

Where is my order?
Tracking is provided via email when your package ships. This is the best way to know where your package is. Shipments can take 3-7 business days. If a product has not arrived please email us at info@pranapets.com, so a replacement can be sent out right away.
My Pet is currently taking medication, is it safe to take alongside your product?
Our products are safe and have little to no side effects. That being said we always recommend you speak with your Vet regarding medications.
Do I have to dilute the product in 8 oz of water?
You do not have to dilute in water. The best way to administer the product is to mix in wet food or administer directly to the mouth.
Can I administer your products together?
Yes in many cases we recommend using products in conjunction with each other.
